Wanting Some Small Metal Tags

I'm not a PMC or metalsmith person....but I would like to get some small metal (sterling or silver) tags with a name and year.....I spent some time with my friend at the Pittsburgh Glass Center this summer....and blew ornaments for my kids and our first grandchild....now I want the tags....any suggestions?
