Default Scratching clear glass beads?

New to the site and hoping somebody can help me out. Is there a way to put scratches on Czech fire-polished clear glass beads to make them look more irregular like English-cut clear glass beads? Will a vibrating tumbler with super coarse grit be able to get it close? Or is there somewhere that still stocks English-cut clear glass beads?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Default Etch or Scratch?

Anything above 5 on the moh scale will scratch glass including glass itself.
If you want a uniform etch then a tumbler is the way to go.
If you are talking about faceted glass that can be done with a grafite tool
or you can buy a press to do it for you.
Other than that you would have to grind and polish the facets.
