I think that the error message says that your thermocouple has failed.

Sounds like a relay. Call Mike at JK Monday. They are very helpful and can tell you what you'll need. Jenkenkilns.com

he Jen-ken folks are really nice. I ordred something for one of my kilns the other week and they called me first rather than just shipping it to make sure I had gotten the right part.
My problem was the coils wouldn't heat (relay) but if you are getting an error message too (which I didn't) it may be something else. I'm sure they can walk you through it.
Good luck! They're really great!

If it's the relay, they are not expensive (like $15 through Jen-Ken). Another thread earlier here said you can get relays at an electrical supply also...but the Jen Ken people sent me instructions on how to disconnect and install the new one since I have forgotten in the last few years, so I guess it's something to keep in mind too.
Thermocouples I don't think were too much more....they should have them listed in their parts section on their website.
Best of luck!
