Default DH Khaos

Yup, another colour that is in this sampler I have. I'm not getting much out of it. I'm on a HH with 1#mapp or propane depedning on my mood, tonight I was on mapp and I got nothing using it with rosa angelo, or something like that, and maybe a tinge of blue/green with powder pink.

Will this colour work with a HH or do I just need to combine it with OY or ivory or whaaaat?

thanks

Khaos is a striking color and would be difficult to strike on a HH unless you're very proficient with silver glass. The heat required just isn't there.

Thanks Lisa,

I did get some blues, greens, and purples with the powder pink. nothing to write home about but pretty in a subtle way. I appreciate your answer.

You might try it on it's own first, with no base glass and encase it. Be a little messy when you lay it on and not too neat also.

I think Khaos is one of my favorites, but it does seem to have softer overall colors than some of the other silver glasses.

These are Khaos:

Those are pretty Mardi, I got nuthin....I didn't try it tonight like I said in my pm, but I will tomorrow.

Now that I reread my post, I did try letting it cool. I'll try it by itself, though. Even the ends of the rods did nothing. I'll pay attention to letting it go clear.

I could try a kiln strike, too, I suppose.

Thanks for all your help
