Bending glass tube

I want to bend glass tube.
1/8" diameter Schott Borosilicate Tubing - 0.7MM WALL

Lets say a very soft upside down "u" shape less then 2" of length.

I plan to machine either water soaked wood blocks so I can get consistent shape, and I do have graphite too. I have a mill to help me accomplish the form.

Sorry to report, but I'm new. Can I do this with a Nortel Minor Torch and Butane and Oxygen?

I have a kiln and can anneal the glass. Does anyone have suggestions about the time and temp of the kiln? When using the kiln to anneal the glass does anyone have recommended temperatures and times? I am planning to buy Ceramic fiber board, adding kiln wash, and maybe fiber blanket for the annealing process. I have a manual Studio pro Evenheat Kiln where the top comes up. Thanks for any assistance.

Hey,
You will need away to maintain pressure inside the tube so it won’t flatten out.
Don’t buy a brass swivel. The brass ones stick badly. Stay with the stainless steel.

You might be able to do small stuff you describe with a Minor.

I anneal even small pieces but I know you can get away with not annexing boro less than 8mm.
