Default Caliente Glass

Who makes this, who sells it? Some of the beads I've seen lately with this glass are just sooooooo beautiful....(trying to keep one hand from slapping the other...good hand, bad hand...more glass, NO!!! no more glass...shut up and keep typing)....the brain has lost control....digital takeover (not camera digit...finger digits)

I believe there is only one company that sells it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, Boobiebeads here on LE, Michelle (in Canada) has it specially made and she sells it on her website: www.calienteglass.com

I've been dying to try it too! There are other suppliers of "veiled" cane, but I think the website above is the only place to get Caliente Cane.

Yes indeed, Michelle (Boobiebeads). REALLY lovely colors and well packaged to get to the states. It does take a couple extra days to cross customs, but what yummy glass. Her samplers are great to start with.

Melissa/Frodo.....thanks for taking the time to respond...I'm going to try this glass. Veiled gaffer glass? The coe is what range...I briefly looked around the site before I ordered the bundle...maybe I over-looked all the particulars other than the colors eh? lol

It's 96 COE, and it works splendidly with the other 96 colors available (Uroboros, Kugler, Spectrum 96 and Val & Gail's handpulled Gaffer). The colors are wonderful, many of them are very intense despite the veiling (veiling = clear core, a wrap of color, and clear encasing). She even has a fun treat with Northern Lights, which is fumed and works up like very delicate dichro. Michelle frequently has a sample pack available, so you can get hooked on ALL the colors at once.

And of course, it's totally compatible with all the fun frits out there.
