Overall one can run a torch on either natural gas or propane. Check with the manufacture to make sure your torch has that ability. However, it seems that most prefer propane. "Propane provides about 2500 BTUs for the same volume of natural gas that only gives 1000 BTUs."
In addition, there is a difference in the way the flame looks. i.e. harder to adjust to a neutral flame, etc.
Propane can be set at 5 psi. While NG comes into the home at about 1/4 to 1/3 psi. There are NG compressors to raise the pressure, but not inexpensive. The gas company can add an additional meter (cost varies but could be in the $500 to $1000 range) for higher pressure (2 to 5 psi) off of the gas distribution line. However, most will not provide that service for an in home shop. i.e. it has to be an out building or a industrial facility.
If it is easy to plumb NG in then give it a try and see if you can live with the differences, etc.

The mega minor is fine with natural gas. I used ng with my minor and then the mega minor. However I found the 5lpm concentrator wasn't optimal with the mega minor - I upgraded to an airsep newlife 8lpm.

your torch will work fine. your torch's heating power is limited by your concentrator. here is some more info

I got a 5psi oxy con and was told it was perfect for the mega minor and soft glass. I work with both COE104 and bullseye. Think the 5 PSI oxy con is ok even with natural gas?

Don't know about the oxycon that size, but the mega minor does great on natural gas.
