FTC and Testimonials and Endorsements
If you use testimonials or endorsements in your sales pitch or to endorse you or your products, you need to read the new guidelines.
If you post a testimonial of a customer who had fantastic results, you must also rebut with the typical results.
The traditional rebuttal of, "Results not typical," no longer cut it.
