Lovely Onekura! The green in the top one is awesome. I just recently got some pure gold wire, so I've been playing with fuming a lot, mostly gold, and I'm having so much fun with it! I have a marble in the kiln atm which I'll post tomorrow that ended up with an awesome gold - green - blue gradient in dots under clear for the backing, and a gold fume on white internal pinwheel 'background' too... Can't wait to get it out of the kiln and see it again!

Very cool, Onekura.

My last kiln full of beads turned out pretty great. Check these out!

Onekura, that fuming is fantastic, as are the swirls you got. Great art.

For the silver I just used Black Lightning, instead of actually fuming it lol

Marcel, your marble/paperweight is fantastic. I love how tight and refined your implosion looks. The ethereal flashes of color emerging from a dark deep background looks magical and the way you handled the outside decoration is again both simple and elegant. Really a nice piece! I've saved the pics to my... "This is how its done" folder.

Yeah, Samma, those stamens are really cool. Marigold encased in Silvered Amy - is this soft glass? If it's boro, which company?

Super nice flower Sammalama!

Loving the colors y'all are getting... here are a few pendants born in Oregon... I'm settling into our new home and loving it!

Sorry for the quick hand shots on my phone camera... I'm not set up very well yet, but we're sleeping, eating and working in the new house...

These are some new horns I'm working on and they are all made from a new cane I'm working on as well... very similar to the Serendipity cane, but it has veils of sparkle... they don't show up well on my camera phone, but it's a neat twist and the light dances off of them in real life.

onekura - beautiful implosion, love the flower effect you achieved!
MK - great color combos again - love the colors in the last pic of earrings
Rodger - your marble looks great - I bet it looks even better in person
marcel - love how the color reaches up from the center of your paperweight - makes it look alive
samandsha - very pretty marble - gotta love the purple!
Brent - beautiful work as always - love the new color & shape

Can't wait to see more of everyone's work!

Here are two more pieces from us.

oioi, haven't posted for a while. I've been busy prepping for an upcoming exhibition over here.
Marcel, I'm assuming you have your Mirage by now? Ho is it going? Say hi to your folks for me
Part of what I'm making for this exhibition are rattles. Some are Bad Medicine, some are Good Medicine. lets see what comes of it. Here's one which is a Bad Medicine nuclear rattle incorporating recycled furs, leathers and feathers from natural molting.

Does the bad medicine rattle really use recycled fur and molted feathers?
Forget recycled, just go out and kill those critters!!!

I would have thought recycled would be used for "good" medicine rattles - /wink -

BTW - I AM just yanking your chain and teasing, no malicious intent.
Being an animal lover, I think it's great that you are more environment conscious than most.

What I really wanted to say is Gorgeous work!!

Gerald - I would suspect both these colors are Northstar or Percision. I know for a fact they are boro. 95% of all my boro is from these two makers.

Brent - Awesome stuffs. Oregon seems to be doing you right...I can see the joy in your work (as usual) ;-D

Default Something I've been working on....

Here is my contribution to the S&T.

* The both look like the lens is cracked -- I couldn't figure out why every one that I photographed came out that way. Then I realized, its the front of my light box. I had them too far forward and its the reflection. Scared me for a minute while I was editing photos!
