Optic Mold Question
Murrini makers, a question: I want to make a murrini with a distinct "sun" or 8-pointed star in the center. I'm perusing optical molds and trying to figure out which would be the best for a relative novice. I'm debating between the CGBeads Optic mold #2, with 10 sharp points, and an Artco metal mold which is basically open wires. I'm concerned about filling in the points on the CGB mold and avoiding air bubbles AND keeping the points intact, vs using the Artco and achieving defined points. Help?
