Remember to melt slowly!! Amber is on a Hot head and I can never quite reproduce her results on my alpha, although they are still gorgeous. I. must. try. again.....!

Becky, yes it was a little different but it was likely the brand of silver causing the problem in the end. I've always used Asian silver leaf, Italian for some reason doesn't work as well - just a bit thicker. Japanese has shown to work as well.
So VOLTARA brand leaf or the little Japanese squares work best

I've have been buying from glass diversions . Can you suggest a supplier for the Voltarra silver leaf.? I only found with Pacific Gold leaf.

Becky, yes, you get it through Pacific on their website - have seen in Amazon, too. The Japanese silver squares are on eBay.

No foil won't work. That has been asked somewhere in this big thread, she does suggest japanese leaf instead of italian, as well. It just won't spread well. Have fun
