Permanent propane line! FINALLY!? With luck!

I'm told it will be installed Monday afternoon. That is, if this latest venturer with gas knowledge doesn't get cold feet. Keep your fingers crossed! If he runs, that will be the fourth person who said yes then was afraid of a wee little regulator!
