Looking for fomeone to do a website for me!

I need help! I want to redo my website and want it to look more professional and not home made by someone that does not know what they are doing. I also want to create a logo and have no ideal where to begin. I don’t mind paying a reasonable fee for someone to do this for me. Does anyone one do this or do you know anyone who does. Thanks for the help.
