Hummmmm... I've never folded mine either. I know that sometimes you have to kinda twist them but I haven't done it myself...however, there is a guy demonstrating folding a photo tent (cube) on youtube:

Hard to explain, but you hold the opposite sides and twist in opposite directions and it sort of caves in on itself. Am I making any sense at all????

I remember when the boys were younger we had a giant schoolbus that was made like the photo tent and the first time I tried to get it back in the bag it took about 2 hours until I figured it out. And of course by that time they had completely trashed the house...

Now add to that 2 little 2 year old boys running around in their diapers throwing toys at each other...

If you think collasping and folding a light tent is a challenge, try putting together or taking apart a large softbox. If you don't skewer yourself or someone else with one of the fiberglass rods and survive the experience, you will find a light tent a piece of cake.

i did get it figured out... its a larger one, 30 inches i think.. so its a bit more square than circle... needed to add an extra twist when doing the final compaction... it has a small bag...
