I have been into glass since i was a child.
I always loved it. I took a glass blowing class a few years ago for my birthday (I have a great wife who took me). My father used to be a potter, but had a stroke a while back and has not done much pottery since. He did however take a bead class a number of years ago and then fell under the spell of glass fusion. he has 2 small kilns he uses for glass fusion. and keeps busy and happy with that. His girlfriend is now doing stained glass. He has the equipment for doing lampwork. He says he plans to get doing more of that soon.

For me, I have a brand new mega minor, hoses, welding regualtors (from my torches), flash back arrestors, soft glass and Boro. I am ready to move up from the hot head and start making some boro pieces. I even have a nice place in my back yard under my car port surounded by Bamboo and my toys. I am sure I will entertain the chickens to no end while I do my glass.

Someday I will have my garage cleaned up and a place to work in there with the proper ventilation. Until then. The back yard will work.

I am looking forward to the creations I will make.

What more does anyone need to make their life complete?! Except possibly the class you had with your Dad and Kathy...
