Well, after posting that my studio was to be moved into an 8 x 10 concsssion trailer I bought, life got in the way and the poor thing sat forlorn for several months.
Finally got started on it this weekend, with the help of a strong young man with willing hands, and I wanted to share the first photos now and then will update when it's finished.
Can't wait 'til it's done.

That is a dream studio! Can't to see how you configure your exhaust system.

Thanks for the nice feedback. The factory put the flooring in that I chose, and I don't think I'll be sorry. Also, the plain white interior makes the small space feel very airy and light, and with the concession doors open, it's a lovely place to work.
As my husband passed away this spring, I'll have to sell my house this fall, so I wanted to make sure I have studio space no matter where I end up living.
The other neat thing about this trailer is that the tongue comes off, so if you do the show circuit, the 8 x 10 size is perfect since that's what most craft shows offer. For winter weather, I plan to put in a sheet of plexiglass over one of the opening windows to keep the heat in but let the light in too.
And as my darling daughter so dryly told me, "If the bead thing doesn't work out for a retirement business, you can always open a hot dog stand."

Hi, Diane. The floor is just linoleum. It was kind of important to keep the weight down, and it won't matter much if it gets a few singe marks. Been working hard to put the inside together, and when I'm done, I'll post more pictures. Working on expanding my glass storage, and maybe I can finish that up today. It's hard to believe how much glass I've accumulated over the last couple of years, and my storage was less than half the size necessary to house it all. Have to stop buying glass!!
