Default Need Ideas for Twine to Wrap BHBs

Can you please give me a "cheap" idea of what you use to tie your BHBs together. I've been using a twine I got from Joannes but it's costly and doesn't look all that great. I'd love to have it in colors and be about 3mm thick. Any ideas of where to go to get some reasonably priced? Thanks!

Do you mean to sell or wear them? What about ribbon or leather?

To string them for sale. Leather is too expensive but I've not checked ribbon.

I use hemp cord to string mine together. And you can get all different colours.

I use a satin cord 2mm to put mine together for shipping, but it is black and when you knot between the beads it looks nice enough to photograph. I have had the same spool for over a year, and I sell a lot of BHBs. I have no idea what it cost originally, but my customers love it. here is an example pic https://www.etsy.com/transaction/161717612

That does look nice!! I'll have to do some shopping on line ... that looks like what I'd like to use. Any idea where you got it?

I think FMG, I got it awhile ago and bought the big spool. It will last a long time!

I don't see anything wrong with using twine. I use hemp and double the strand. Seems to give it more body for taking pictures on. It's a throw away item so I wouldn't spend a lot of money on whatever you decide to use. It doesn't matter to me what the beads are strung on or if they are strung at all if I were buying.

Try satincord.com. They have a very large selection and good prices.

Ribbon, twill tape, or shoe lace material also work.
I usually get material on a real or cone.

If your in north eastern PA trim tex has a huge selection and sells to the public.
Its in Williamsport PA about an hour and a half from Corning.
