Default I love lemon this lemon yellow but who makes it?

I am an avid hoarder of Caliente glass and I had this one little 1/2 rod of lemon yellow with no tag on it. It's a veiled color like caliente but not sure if it is/was a color they had. Anyone know of anything similar? I just love this yellow!

Thanks,
Janet

Check with Gaffer Glass USA or GG Glass.

Hey Jacqueline! It's been awhile for sure! Thanks about the earrings, nothing special but they sell well, especially the colour! I think GG Glass has one that is pretty similar I may try out.

I love the veiled glass, it's one of my favorites!

I'm a HUGE fan of GG glass. Her yellows are gorgeous too.

The color in you earrings is so fresh looking. I always forget about yellow. I think I see a set in my near future.

I dunno what it is....it's just a really vibrant yellow streaky/veiled with clear glass. Sadly, I only have enough left for maybe one bead...sigh

I emailed Gaffer yesterday and they just gave me the names of what they have listed on their site. None of those look like they're a match though. Yours is such a light pure lemony yellow. Hope you find out what it is/was.

More lime than lemon, the accent beads at the bottom of my photo are Gaffer Olive Green over Enamel White. I have a rod of Daffodil over Enamel White that I can make some test beads with soon. Looks promising.

Oooo..that's pretty too. So they are not transparent all the way through? They look like they are!

It is veiled cane so they are wispy but mostly transparent/translucent (like your beads). The cane itself is made with Olive, Enamel White and Clear. I didn't mean that I made the bead itself with a core of Enamel White (in case that is what you thought I meant). I have a nub of the cane left if I can find it I will snap a photo.

Oh..I know what you mean now..I have some old caliente glass that has a cream colored core.

I assume that the glass is 96coe?

This is Gaffer Taxicab Yellow, but I don't think it's the one, it's too deep.

There's a lemon yellow and a canary yellow, and I'll bet it's closer to those shades.

Thanks, that's pretty too but probably a bit more "orangy" than the lemon. I did find this one on GG Glass, it's hard to tell in the pictures but it looks pretty close.

Thanks Gail, I love your glass on your site! I think the top one is the closest to the lemon yellow I have/had. When I get some extra cash, I will definitely be getting some of your glass!
