kiln controler loseing program
when i unplug my kiln it loses the programs in it.
is there a battery in it? it's a Sentry 3

The manual for the controller http://www.paragonweb.com/files/manu...H_July2011.pdf doesn't have that issue in the troubleshooting. Personally I'd contact Paragon directly here: http://www.paragonweb.com/Paragon_Contact_Page.cfm
I've heard that the support is pretty good, I've never needed to use it *knocks on wood*
