Default Help!!! Stuck Retro glass tool

Has anybody with this tool gotten the bottom stuck. I finally got the right size tubing and have a ton of beads to line before a show this weekend and the bottom won't slide. Does anyone know how to un-stick this thing?

Thanks,
Bonny

I'm glad it came loose. I just didn't have an answer for you, but wished I did. So, there isn't a problem with the Retro, just your strength?

I have Carpal tunnel and tendonitis. It was a woman who got it loose at work. I am going to lubricate it so it will be easier for me to move..

One more tip regarding the movable part of the Retro Liner: MAKE SURE you get the locking knob into a hole, not just digging into the side of the track. If you dig in to the steel where there is no hole, it can leave a little divot of metal that will hang up the slider. ~Jenny
