its quite a nice bead. Reminds me of book I once read where a boy hatched a blue dragon out of an egg. <trying to remember> I'll have to go look to see if I can find a title now. Its very much as I always pictured that dragon.

He's awesome. My first glass piece is a dragon I got from the renaissance fair. He'd make a perfect buddy!

This was one of my favorite books as a kid and I have NOT been able to find it. Some blue egg that he had to hatch and take care of as a kid. So good. If you remember the name let me know! the ones I've found on google aren't the same story.

Kimberly, the little dragon and his egg arrived yesterday safe and sound. Although a little shook up at first, (meeting the cats, DH, and getting around our place) he has settled in nicely. Ohhhhh I just *love* his little nostrils! I didn't even notice them before!
