It really looks this good in person, too.

This bead comforts me.
That might sound silly, but it reminds me of summer vacations as a child going across rt.66

The top lighter gray banding reminds me of a trip my husband and I took to the Navaho and Hopi reservations, when it was stormy.

It's amazing that a piece of art can make you feel so many memories.
Actually that's the only other one that does have Silver Cinnamon in it which is why I want you to make sure and double check it.

I got some icky browns that I wasn't real happy with both times I played with it. They went into the kiln the most gorgeous shade of purple and came out blech.

Oh, man, I am sorry I read that wrong. All apologies, after all this is an info thread.
The other day I took Ancient times out in the sun like you said to,
and tried to photograph it with my hand held, and I couldn't get it in focus.
Hubby said he'll try with his camera, but we've been really busy.
The crack on Ancient Times starts at the hole on one end, and does go all the way through to the mandrel at that point;
but then travels in a very open ~ shape about 3/4 of the way along the length of the bead.
One big difference between these two is that Striations has a much smaller
bead hole, than Ancient Times.

Sweet stories. It also makes me look at the bead differently, I like that!

I've got some simple ones here, just on an Effetre black base, and on 104COE raku on black. I've made several identical sets like these and never got devit. Not even a tiny bit. Lucky I guess.

Here was one of my very first pendant/focal I made using Sedona. I added a touch of coral and black to this one. It does get a little tempermental at times...but all in all I love it!

Wow Amy those are so beautiful. I always get devit with Sedona but I going to have to give it another try.
