Default Borosilicate glass pipe fogging

I made a pipe last night and it fogged or frosted on the stem. Anyone know why?

Probably from pulling while the surface got too cool.

It was from pulling the tube while too cool. Have since gotten the glass hotter while pulling to fantastic results.
