I am taking the plunge into boro, or the trip to the Dark Side, jumping in the lake....or wherever it's going to take me!
It's been a loooong time since I made any borosilicate beads, like way back in 2005. Okay, so I will be starting back up again and with "frit beads", but what the hey!
Many of you know my work and know that I avoid "dot beads" like the plague, but I won't with boro! I don't really understand how to explain that, but it's just that I like making dots on beads a lot better when the glass is more easily controlled. I guess that's what it is!
I'm SO excited and it's about time!!
