Default Hellcat Torch Flame Length

I have a new Hellcat and a new Mega 20 oxycon, and I'm not sure how the flame is supposed to look. I'm looking for a standard, glass melting flame. I've only ever used a Carlisle Mini CC, and I know what that flame should look like, but not sure about the Hellcat. I'm having a hard time figuring out the correct mix of oxy & propane.

The Hellcat's inner fire is a Mini CC. For soft glass, I typically run it shorter than I ran the Mini CC - about 6mm on the candles, I think - and I match the outer flame's candles to the inner flame.
