I placed an order with her a bit ago for some odd lot gaffer glass and some Reich rods to play with. As often happens when you're shipping something as fragile as glass (especially something as unpredictable as oddly shaped - odd rods) across the planet, some stuff got broken (not her fault). I emailed gail and let her know what happened (it was only a minor breakage) and I got the replacements in the mail just a few days later (and she was such a sweetheart and threw in an extra treat for all my pain and suffering

This has to be the easiest time I've ever had regarding a problem shipment. No questions (well - just one, she wanted to know the condition of the box to see if the carrier played football with it), and THE GLASS ROCKS OUT LOUD. Purples that sing, greens that bring tears to your eyes and oranges that are incredible. Oh, I'm in love with the glass!

Oh, yes, Gail ROCKS!!!! I saw the new frit message Saturday morning and quickly placed my order before running off to do kitty adoptions the rest of the day. The frit box showed up YESTERDAY so I got to actually play with it immediately, woo hoo!
