Where did you get your oxygen concentrator?
My oxygen concentrator has gone out. Where did you get your oxygen concentrator? Are they repairable? And by whom?
Any practical suggestions will be VERY appreciated!!!

Unlimited Oxygen. I have had it for 1-2 years and haven't had any problems with it.

I got my two EX-15's from Malcolm at ArtCo.
He drove them to my house, uncrated them, set them up, installed the splitter that will let me run them together, and took a couple pieces off a 3rd machine he'd bought to fix a couple components that weren't right on one of mine (external filter door, and something else I don't remember).
Then a couple weeks ago, when I'd had them 18 months, he brought over a device to test output purity, flow and pressure, to make sure they were still up to specification.
Malcolm give the best customer service in the universe, and when I need another concentrator I know where I'm gonna go!

GS and imported it from the US to here. It did act moodily until I was given a replacement by a friendly Oxycon maintenance man. Since then it's behaving perfectly.

Wow! I'm a new fan of Unlimited Oxygen! I just got a "pre-loved" M-20 (which is AMAZING, BTW) and had a question, so I sent an email hoped they wouldn't mind answering, since I wasn't the original buyer.
A brief 49 minutes later, I got an email from Jack answering my question and closing with "We are always here for you. jack"
I think I'm in love
