CRUNCH? Where to buy?

In several threads I see people refer to a "crunch". I gather it is a tool that squishes beads flat. Where can one see and purchase such a tool?

I had a look at them - yes they are just what I wanted. Now to choose which one - it's confusing with all the choice!
