Enameling question

I always seem to knock my sifters over, I currently place them over a 4x4 sheet of aluminum foil, which catches the enamel. There has to be a better way. Any suggestions??

Extra trivets comes to mind first.

But the hobby carpenter in me is yelling for a custom 2 x 4 with the right size holes drilled into it to make a proper stand for them.
