Great heart, Eric--the Exotics are among my favorites. I love the way the clear dots are framed by the "reduced" metals in your heart.

Thanks Anita! I worked the piece in a super oxidizing flame until I got all my clear dots melted in, and then I hit it with a reducing flame. I am not sure if I like the reduced pinkish color better or the un-reduced purple color framing the dots. I think I will try and do it again today.

Me again

Some Kalera nuggets and lentils, etc. I'm still having fun with all the presses and boro, I can't help myself.

Hey thanks you guys - I have serious loop issues, but am working on them with my therapist hehe

I haven't tried to press boro yet....it does look good Carrie! Maybe this weekend I'll try it. We tried inside-out in class last week....ummm....kinda scary that's for sure. I'd share, but I don't want you all to go BLIND!

Tomorrow is the day.....I'm going to the studio with the directions for an implosion pendant....and I'm not coming out until it works...or I get hungry....or need a loo break....which ever comes first! Wish me luck! Somehow that whole puty up and back and forth just throws me for a loop! I did have a sales clerk buy a boro necklace right off my neck today at Coldwater Creek....guess I owe Paula a thanks as it was her frit (Purposeful Turtoise) over Peacock Carnealian.

Had some boro fun....and for me, some luck! All are made with frit I pulled from Paula's magic mixes!!! No time to edit the photos....not that I can do anything like that in the first place! Paula - I'm loving that Coral Passion and Caught By The Teal.....mixed with DAP it rocks!!!! Also the Amber Mist....
