Safety Reminder - Hollow Hearts, Large Oval, and Large Round Mandrels...

In the directions for these mandrels you will find the phrase:

"Inspect the mandrel and wiggle the tube to check the welds. In the unlikely event of a lose weld, do not use the mandrel and contact Inspiration Toolworks for a replacement."

I have found out from a few customers that there have been instances of the welds between the tube and the handles breaking. My new welder hadn't been making strong enough welds, and I didn't catch it. All the new ones that I am selling have been checked. However, it is still possible for even a good weld to occasionally break due to the severe heating and cooling of the mandrel.

So, please give your hollow hearts, large rounds, and large ovals a wiggle. If it comes loose don't use it. Just drop me an email and I will get a free replacement right out to you.
