Kiln Question
I am getting a new kiln for my birthday, wheee!!!!!!!
I am thinking of getting one from Arrow Springs, the A1813. I have some questions for those of you who have one. Jason the kiln man is not in on weekends so I thought I'd ask the experts.
1. What are the outside dimensions of this kiln?
2. There are two bead doors, right? And a related one: all my mandrels are cut to 12", do they fit inside?
3. I don't want to rewire my studio, so has anyone used this for annealing? How long does it take to get to fusing temperature?
Any other comments about this kiln would be appreciated. Thanks!
