Favorite frit over what color?
What is your favorite frit and over what color and why?
I am just looking for ideas. I have mixed up my own blends with no mind to how much of each I add or what colors I put it over.. I just dump it out on my frit tray and go to town.

ns blue and green exotic over any of the amber purples, caramel luster, purple thunder, havana moon etc ( you can pretty much use all of the "silver" colors)
Try a blend of northstar ruby and northstar extra light yellow over double amber purple, looks awesome ( lots of pink and purple)
Northstar Aurora is beautiful too, try it on regular crayon colors.
Clear. Clear looks good on all colors besides the wysiwyg.
I also love Paula's frit blends

My favorite frit is "Jet's frit." My cat, Jet, knocked over a bunch of frit containers and I swept the mixed stuff into an extra can. Turns out it is an awesome combo. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to what was what, since I was just irritated that he had done it.  I have been trying to reproduce it because I am almost out and have been unsuccessful so far. Too bad since everything I have made with it has sold first at the shows I have done.

Eric ~ hahahaha, that's funny.
My Favorite frit/glass combo is green exotic frit over ruby strike 4.
This is why, each bead is a like a tiny microcosm.
Only one thing to remember when doing these: don't use schott clear, it wont let the green exotic do it's thing.

Base - NS Rust
Roll in large DAP and melt in
then roll in small ns-09 yellow
melt in and encase.

Amber purples or any color like it over white. You can get some nice pinks and oranges.
