Also, we're discontinuing some frit blends (Blue Skies, Mountain Fern, Island Pink, Pink Ribbon, Twist of Lime, Blue Lagoon, Cinnamon Spice, Moody Blues and Pansy Petals) to make room for new ones. Hi Angie, the new frit blends won't be ready until late next week (after the sale) and we're still doing the final testing and tweaking on them so I don't have any pictures at this time.

Eep! Combination of excitement and panic here. Always love a Glass Diversions sale (now I need to run home and find out what I'm low on!), but am slightly panicky at the idea of losing three of my favorite blends. I'll definitely be buying plenty to stock up, but if any of us desperately need more of these a few years down the road, would you be willing to remix a batch for a price?

Hi Kim,

Yes, if down the road you desparately need more of a discontinued frit blend I will ALWAYS have the recipe (stored on my hard drive) to make you a small batch. It may take a week or so if I no longer stock those particular colors and hopefully my suppliers will still be making the colors needed to make up that frit blend.

However, Cinnamon Spice includes a couple of Zimmerman frits so that one will not be able to be made again. If you like it, buy it now as there is only a limited supply left!

Yes Lisa, unfortunately...Pink Ribbon, too. It's one of my favorites but doesn't sell as much as some other frit blends. So, I'm retiring some of my older blends to make more room for new frit blends.

I thought by having a sale and retiring some blends at the same time, it would allow people to save money in order to stock up.
Also, Cinnamon Spice includes some Zimmerman frits (which are now out of business) so I won't be able to make more of this blend. Buy it now if you like it!

Hi Robin,

I was just trying to place an order, but I was told that you were out of stock on the samplers (you're in stock individually on each of the colors, so I assumed it was just a glitch), and when I tried to send an email it was bounced back (mailbox quota exceeded). I thought I'd check in here just in case you're keeping an eye on this thread.

Ooh, and thanks for the heads up on Cinnamon Spice -- I was going to order extra anyway, but now I'll add some more to my cart. I love that one

Thanks! I just placed my order ... and am already wondering if I bought enough Cinnamon Spice

This sale couldn't have been timed better -- I got a stack of bead orders just after realizing I'd misplaced most of my frit in the studio move ... well, ok, and I might have ordered some new ones too, but that's just looking at improving my selection, right? And, yes, I ordered samplers rather than 0.5oz baggies of the new ones, but I always love your frit, so that's just being practical! Right?

Yes Kim, you're being very practical--LOL!! I know what you mean about Cinnamon Spice. I've put some aside for me but just might have to sell it at this rate. It's an awesome frit. Too bad Zimmerman isn't still in business.
