Hey Starleen!
Thank you so much for posting this tutorial. I've had some veiled pastel green, pink, and blue and clear rods for about 2 years and I was just about to list them today but then I read your tutorial and figured I'd give it another shot.
I've also got some white 96 COE, and some rods of Reichenbach. They're pretty dark, but if I get really adventerous I may try to combine one with the white and make a veiled cane.
I'll post some pics if they turn out.

BTW: If you've not taken a class with Star or are thinking about it, she's a wonderful instructor. She's full of knowledge and she makes the most gorgeous florals.
