Default From natural gas to propane, what do I need to do?

I'm moving my studio from the basement (breathing air quality was a no go even with a fabulous ventilation system) to the garage. It's been about a year and a half since I've been in the studio, and even back when I was, I was a noob at torching. I have a few questions....

1. In the basement I used natural gas, a Carlisle Mini CC and an oxy con.
2. No flashback arrestors - do I need them now? I'm thinking yes.
3. I've read about people putting holes in their walls with copper piping - my plan was to put the tanked propane outside and run the hose through a hole drilled in the board that will be plugging up the side of the window that my ventilation system is hooked up to. Is this idea a no-no?
4. Propane and oxy con regulators - speak to me of them and what I need to get.

At the place where I used to torch they used Carlisle Mini CC's, oxy cons and tanks of propane. She would crack a (notice I said "a") window, twist on the tank, turn on the oxy and off we'd go! No fan, no ventilation. No regulator and no flashbacks. Wow, that was really dangerous.

You need a propane regulator like this http://www.google.com/products/catal...518&sa=title#p

check craigslist for an acetylene regulator, they are the same thing.

Flashback arrestors- You definitely need a propane one, and depending on your concentrators pressure, one for it too. Sometimes concentrators cant put out enough pressure to break the internal valve. They are cheap protection for a big investment.

Piping- there is a tutorial on here about it, but I cant find it. Somebody else will.
