Default Quick kiln question

I am right handed and was taking for granted that I would sit my kiln to my right side in the corner-
Since my torch set up will be in the sunroom w/ 2 windows in front of me and 3 immediately to my right -would I not be able to set it there? I hate the thought of it sitting too close to the windows-assuming the heat thrown off from it could effect the windows esp when it's cold out...Or if it IS possible-how far would I need to have it pulled away from them? Or do I just not even worry about it and put to my left side?
It's Jen Ken octagonal looking kiln.
Thx-
Amanda

Nah....don't worry about it. Just be sure that it is at least 6" from anything flammable, 9" is better, 12" is ideal.

What will happen when it's cold out is that the windows will be warmer than than the outside. No big deal!
