Meaty White? (something with balls)
Hello thar y'all
I currently have CiM and Effetre whites...and they're kinda...soft and weak. I am looking for a white I can put anything on top of and heat the crap out of it and not have it turn to water.
Does such a thing exist?

I think it's in the ADN of whites to be like that... Kind of like women are all soft and nurturing and all that.
Seriously, I don't know, maybe some Vetrofond are better? My guess is, what you're going to gain in stiffness, you'll lose in opacity, but I might be completely wrong

Devardi Moonstone White. The Devardi glasses are all 'stiffer' by nature, so I think that's your best bet for a white, since that color is typically soft by nature.
Among the other (CIM, Effetre, Vet) whites I've tried, the Vetrofond 'New White' was the stiffest, least 'drippy' of them all.

I like the Lauscha white better than any Moretti or Vetrofond I've tried.

Have you thought about using opal yellow - Frantz has the pale version still available. I use it whenever I am going to pull fine "white" stringer, and it holds up.

If it doesn't have to be 104, Bullseye makes a Dense White.
