Default Need Help with Pixel sizing!

Hello all you photo geeks out in The Dark Room. I am hoping that you can help me with pixel sizes. I need to submit some photos and they need to be at laest 600 pixels - high or wide. I have the pictures in my digital camera - after I download them to my computer I normally crop or fix in Windows photo gallery. If I need them really small to post here I export them to my photoshop here online, fix, then send ack to my desktop.
My question is this - how do I know if the pictures are at least 600 pixel's?

Any help would be greatly appreciate by the pixel challenged newbie that I am!
THanks!

In Photoshop use the Image at the top of the screen. Then click on Image Size. There is an option to do in inches and pixels. Choose Pixels. You should be able to resize to fit.
