Default Best glues or epxoy?

I want to make some rings and need some advice on how to glue the glass to the ring. I have sterling flat top ring blanks. My attempt at using krazy glue did'nt work out. The glue dissolved in dish water. Anyway, should I use an epoxy? If you have any tips.........

Thank you,
Rj

Do an advance search using the word 'glue' under titles and you'll see many threads concerning this subject.

I love epoxy 330. It is good with glass and metal. It has a 45 minute working time at room temp, but can be cured faster under a heat lamp.

I also use the 5 minute epoxy bu Devcon. It is clear, water resistant, non flammable, and will work with metal, wood, glass, china, ceramics, and your fingers.

I've used E-6000 for years and it has never failed me yet. Just be sure to let it dry/cure for at least 24hrs.

Cool. Thank you very much. I will try both of them. I'll post some pictures when I get some done. Thanks again.

Most epoxy will yellow with age.

A light activated acrylic type glue is the way to go
Just postition the pieces in the glue
zap it with light to instantly cure
