Talking Ventilation Finally Installed!

I'm doing the happy dance tonight!

There's a lot more going on in my new studio, but I just had to post this now.

I'm wishing they had enclosed and insulated the fan, but that's something DDad and I can easily do later.

I also got my NG line. It's the little red object under the counter to the left. Still working on getting the right fittings.

I should have everything up and running tomorrow.

Lori, congrats! Your lungs will love you. My fan is right at the top of my box too and it is rather loud. I discovered that they sell headphones for CD players and ipods that reduce outside noise by 75%. It has some little gadget that takes a small battery. Anyway, they make a huge difference for me. I have been using my son's discman and it doesn't play very loud. Without the new headphones, I cannot hear the music. With them I have to keep it turned way down. If your fan is really noisy this might work for you too.

Good for you, Lori. Mine's being made now. I've only been after my husband for a year & a half. I think he's tired of seeing the torch, oxycon, kiln & 50 lbs of glass collecting dust in a corner. I'm told it'll be here in 3 weeks, WHEE!
