Incredible customer service! I spoke with Malcom at ArtCo Thursday about ordering one of the specially constructed HotHead hoses ArtCo sells. Not only is the hose exactly what I needed and very well constructed, Malcom took plenty of time to talk to me about my needs, AND - I wouldn't have even said this was possible - he got it from their shop in California to me in Upstate NY in 2 days. I ordered Thursday, it was in my mailbox on Saturday.
Excellent folks to do business with, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!
