I missed the boat before the price went up. But anyway, I prefer the .pdf tutorials around here you never know if the post will actually arrive.
Is there anyway to get the book in .pdf version?

No. This is not a tutorial. It is a tutorial book that has several different
tutorials in it. It was never offered as a pdf file.

Oh, well, I imagined it had to have been in electric format at some point in order to upload it on to Lulu. But I guess not. That's too bad. Maybe when someone comes to visit, I'll add the book to the list of things that must be brought to me!! Anyone coming to Buenos Aires anytime soon???
