Default Problem with my Amaco EX-365SF kiln

I have an Amaco EX-365sf kiln. I set it up and turn it on, and it trips the breaker. After resetting the breaker, it is showing a code of ErrP. The code is flashing between the current temperature. In the manual, it says possible cause is that the controller is being reset by radio frequency noise. This electrial noise can be generated by the relays. When a relay drives an inductive load it generates electrical noise.

I would like to know how to fix this. If you have any suggestions, I would be greatful.

Since the 365 is a pottey/ceramic kiln you might have more luck posting on that type of forum, or just call excel. They have always been very helpful with questions on my 365.

After reading the posts for the last week or so on the house that burned up when a tank of propane exploded, I would be concerned that the breaker is tripping. A couple of people posted about fires starting from wiring problems after breakers tripped frequently when turning on kilns, & there is speculation that that is what caused the initial fire that led to the explosion of the propane & destruction of the house since the owners mentioned breaker trip problems.

I don't know anything about your kiln, but now whenever I hear someone mentioning a kiln tripping the breaker, I cringe & hope the person checks all the wiring thoroughly.
