Hi
These colors will be available at Frantz Art Glass within minutes of them arriving to our facility. The question is...when is that? The shipment (as far as we know) is currently at sea on it's way to Seattle.
Once in Seattle and it passes through customs (haha, that can take 1 day to 10 days sometimes) it will truck to Frantz...when we see that truck pulling into the loading dock...we run out and check the cartons, if everything is as it should be...they go on line within minutes of arrival. We are looking at 2-3 weeks,
Then....we post to LE!!

So messy is completely done with coming up with permanent colors? I don't mess(no pun) with limiteds.
Sunday what time? I see 125.00 :/ I just need a couple of colors. I was last on at 11pm central and it still says 125.00.

Anyone else have trouble with an "error" on Sunday when checking out? I kept getting "Error selecting shipping method" kind of message when selecting UPS Ground. Afraid of selecting another method that wouldn't qualify as Free, and afraid it was charging me every time I tried to correct it. I have sent messages via your contact form on your website, one about your sheet glass and another about this issue, but not yet received an answer. I know you are busy, I don't expect special treatment but would like to know if there is a way I could correct this.
