Default Vetrofond Light Ivory Identification

I cleaned out my studio and found some Vetrofond Light Ivory. Even though I'm fairly confident that's what it is, I want to get some input from others just to be sure. It's pretty old and from different batches. Some of it was purchased at a local glass supply store, possibly 5 or 6 years ago. They labeled the rods V 264 and Vet 91-264. One rod looks like it has a label from Frantz. The label is a little worn but looks like the number is 791264 and underneath "Ivory Light Pastel." The older rods are lighter in color. I remember we used to call this color "Dirty White." There aren't a lot of those. I'm going to be selling off all of my glass and just want to know if I can safely call all of this Vetrofond Light Ivory.

791264 is definitely a vetrofond number.
All I know about Vetro ivory is that some of it has a kind of translucent look in the rod- but I don't whether that's light or dark, which is too bad because I really liked the one that I'm thinking of.

That's definitely vetrofond light ivory. You can tell because of the creamy colour, the odd transparent wisps in the rods and the itty bitty hole in the rod core. Nice find!

Thanks for confirming Melanie.

Yes, Nancy. I haven't made beads in months. I think it's time. I'm sure I'll still be hanging around LE for a long time to come though.

Yep, vetrofond always has the clear itty bitty core. If you have any Vetrofond odds, I'd be interested, especially Seashell Swirl, Dark Violet (purplicious) and Odd Pearl Gray.

Amber, I do have a box full of Vetrofond odds. I'm sure I have some Seashell Swirl and possibly the Odd Pearl Gray. I'm so overwhelmed trying to figure out how to go about selling everything I don't know where to start. I will need to break it up into manageable lots. I hope to get started listing some things in the GS this weekend.

Frantz had Seashell Swirl for sale at the Gathering. Perhaps they have more in stock
