Default What do you call it?

Hey all. I'm trying to think of what you call the cord that you use when your camera is on the tripod and you don't want to shake the camera, etc.. so you use this cord to click the shutter button.

What do you call it? I need one.

Thanks,
Mitchelle

It's called a cable release...or, if your camera has a self-timer you could use that too...

Thanks Alex. I appreciate it. Such a simple name for a simple product, but my mind couldn't wrap around it. LOL!!
