Default Kiln help

Using my jenken kiln for the first time. The green light keeps going on and off and clicks. Is this normal? Thanks in advance. Melissa

Probably, do you have a controller on your kiln? if so it's probably just the element cycling on and off to increase the temp at the programmed rate....?

I have a jenken and yes it clicks on an off constantly while heating up to the programmed temp. (kind of soothing to me)
