Oxygen machine question....
Is there any way that this machine:

Can be used in a lampworking capacity?
I have an opportunity to buy one, but it seems that the small cylinders it fills would not be large enough not to run out of O2 quickly. Could it be hooked directly to the torch, or somehow coupled with a larger tank??

Yes! There is a thread in the boro room. Hook it up to a larger cylinder!

Awesome, thanks! How much would you pay for that kind of machine, roughly?

Homefill II
A homefill two is a much better machine to use. It has been adapted by many glass blowers including myself for filling large and small tanks. I sell the complete system need to fill tanks on your own. It is absolutely awesome for my needs.

It looks similar to the homefill systems a lot of people have adapted to fill larger cylinders. But as Boston advises the homefill may be a better unit as more info and more users are familiar with the homefill. The cost to get and convert/setup such a system may not be economical compared to normal oxy sources; depends on what you have to pay for the machine and how handy you are with tools and such. I am not endorsing Boston's system as I don't use one but he has experience with them and sells a complete system and probably has a warrantee of some kind. Do the numbers.

Hey, Beth.
I have two Homefill systems, wrote a tutorial for them, etc. So I can help. I missed the meeting on Saturday but I shoot you a message and you can call me to discuss.
