Per the rules set by the owner of the LE forum: "No donation, fundraising, or solicitation requests for money or votes even if it is not for you (except if approved first). If I deem it soliciting, it will be deleted."
You would need to message Corridawn, the owner, to get permission to post your donation request at all. She would let you know the appropriate category to post in, if approved.
